How it works (plain-English)

During a session, the chamber is filled with air and pressurized to the level set in the manual. The included concentrator supplies enriched air to a face mask. Sessions should follow the manufacturer’s guidance for setup, pressurization, session length, and cool-down. For first-time use, having another adult present is recommended.

Setup & placement

• Place on a flat, open floor with clearance around valves and gauges
• Standard household power for the concentrator (see manual for exact rating)
