Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, an order confirmation email will be promptly sent to you. This confirmation signifies that we have successfully received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then initiate contact with our suppliers to verify the availability of your selected items for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or currently unavailable, we will annul the pre-authorization and promptly communicate with you via email to inform you of the situation. If your items are available for immediate shipment, we will proceed with processing the charges and arrange for shipment.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
For orders where items are in stock, once the charges have been processed, your order will be prepared for shipment within 5 business days from the order date.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

Threshold Shipping: Delivers to your porch or sheltered area.

White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly if required, and removal of all packaging materials. Note: Saunas will not be assembled as part of this service.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping options, including select products for delivery to Canada.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays:
The Rich Nest is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, our customer service team will reach out to you with updates.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or damaged. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
