Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
At TheRichNest.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, without any cancellation fees (excluding custom orders as detailed below).

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a full refund for any cancellations made before the order ships. Cancellation of Custom Orders
Please note that custom or made-to-order products, including but not limited to products from Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, and Fireplaces Etc., are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These items are manufactured specifically to your specifications and production begins immediately after the order is placed.

If you're unsure whether your item is custom or made-to-order, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Refunds & Returns
If you'd like to exchange an item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that not all items are eligible for return, as our ability to accept returns depends on the manufacturer’s policies. Contact us for specific information on individual products or brands.

Due to rising freight shipping costs, returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping costs. If you are replacing an item with another, we may assist with some of these costs, depending on the product.

Shipping Times
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping times listed on our product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight carriers. These estimates may change without notice due to factors such as supply chain delays, manufacturing issues, or high shipping demand.

We ask for your understanding and patience if delays occur, as they may be beyond our control. We appreciate your business and support.

Terms of Purchase Agreement
By purchasing from TheRichNest.com, you agree to the following terms:

• Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is damage, note it and photograph it within 24 hours of receipt.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees (usually around 20%) for unopened and unused products.

• Once an order has shipped, full refunds are not possible.

• For returns after shipment, you are responsible for return shipping fees and restocking fees.

• Shipping date estimates are subject to change based on factors outside our control.

• We do not accept cancellations or chargebacks due to order delays caused by external factors.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, note it when signing for the package. If your item(s) are damaged, email us photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU, along with a brief description, to Joshua@Richnests.com. We will assist you by filing an insurance claim. Any freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and visible exterior damage should also be reported within this timeframe.

Warranty
Warranties for our products vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the specific product page for warranty details. Claims for damages due to use will be addressed by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. If your item is damaged upon arrival and reported within 30 days, it may be covered under warranty.

Returns
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, customers are responsible for return shipping charges for returns initiated due to customer error. Many of our products come with a warranty to ensure you receive a fully functional product without additional cost to you.

BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions
For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one item is returned, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the value of that item. Please note that return shipping charges and possible restocking fees may apply depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
