Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@therichnest.com with your order number and details. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible non-defective returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your bank or card provider.
