How it works (plain-English)

Sessions take place in a pressurized air environment. The included concentrator supplies enriched air to a face mask. Follow the manual for setup, pressurization/depressurization, session length, and cool-down. For first-time use, having another adult present is recommended.

• Place on a flat, open floor with clearance for valves/gauges
• Use standard household power for the concentrator (see manual for exact rating)
